-Guadalupe and the woman
At the beginning the woman narrator and Guadalupe have an employer-employee relationship, since Guadalupe worked for the woman; however, when "he" comes into their house they both became more equal in the power structure. This change was caused from the alliance that they made in order to kill the creature. One could say they even became partners in crime or even friends.
-The woman and the husband
When "he" came into the house, it feels like the husband was reaffirming his power position since he did not take into account the opinion of his wife on the presence of "the guest". Nonetheless, when the husband leaves and Guadalupe and the woman kill the creature, they put themselves above the husband changing the predominant power hierarchy at their home.
